Director Retirement

Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announce s that Louise Barton , Non-Executive Director, is to retire from the Board with effect from 7 April 2023 .

Louise has been a N on-Executive D irector of the C ompany since 2007 and has been instrumental in steering the Company through its evolution to become a well-regarded financial technology company. The Board is grateful for her tireless work on behalf of the Company and the knowledge and market insights she brought to the development and strategy that has helped to cement Arcontech's position in the market. The Company would like to thank Louise for her dedication and wish her well for the future.

The Company announced the appointment of Raj Nagavedia to the Board as Non-Executive Director on 26 October 2022. Raj will continue with Louise's oversight of the finance function of Arcontech and in due course the Company expects to review the Composition of the Board to further strengthen the Company's markets and marketing strategy.
