The Board of Directors of ACP Capital Limited (AIM: APL) is
pleased to announce that at the Company's Extraordinary General
Meeting held on 23 February 2011, the shareholders unanimously
voted in favour of delisting ACP's shares from the AIM.
The shares of the Company will be cancelled from admission to
trading on AIM with effect from 2 March 2011.
