Suspension
The Board of Directors of ACP Capital Limited (the "Company":
AIM: ACPL) announce that contrary to the announcement on 25 January
2011, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will no longer be
suspended at 7 a.m. today and the Company will await the outcome of
the EGM to be held today at 9 a.m. at 22-24 Seale Street St Helier,
Jersey, JE2 3QG, at which a resolution has been proposed for
cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on
AIM.
The Company will make further announcements in due course.
