Amberley announces the cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary 
Shares to trading on AIM, following a period of six months of suspension from 
trading and in accordance with AIM Rule 41. The cancellation of the Company's 
Ordinary Shares from AIM is effective from 7:00 am tomorrow, 30 December 2009.
