Result of EGM and AGM 
 
 
The Company today announces that all of the resolutions proposed at its 
Extraordinary General Meeting and at its Annual General Meeting held today were 
unanimously passed. 
 
Following the passing of the resolutions at the EGM today, the De-Listing of the 
Company's Ordinary Shares is expected to take place at 7.00 am on 3 July 2009 
and therefore the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares is expected to be 
2 July 2009. 
 
 
In order to provide a measure of liquidity in the Ordinary Shares following 
De-Listing, the Company intends to set up and maintain a matched bargain 
settlement facility. The contact details of the matched bargain settlement 
facility provider, once arranged, will be made available on the Company's 
website. 
 
 
Definitions used in the Company's circular sent to shareholders dated 27 May 
2009 apply in this announcement unless the context requires.
