                           TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming 
company, announces that on 16 April 2008 it purchased in the market 1.35 
million of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury. The shares were 
purchased at a price of 76.5p.

Following  the  above purchase, the Company holds 1.35 million ordinary shares 
as treasury shares.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding 
shares held as treasury shares) is 108,931,250.
