Notice of results

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2017 on 8 March 2018.

There will be a meeting for analysts at 9.00am on the morning of the announcement at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, EC4M 7LS.
