Hamilton, BERMUDA -  Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. ("Alea") announced today 
that all proposed resolutions were passed at the conclusion of its Annual 
General Meeting held on Thursday, 17 June 2010, in Bermuda. 
 
The voting on the resolutions were taken on a show of hands and were passed
