The Company was notified that following the participation by Praetorian Offshore Ltd ("Praetorian") in the recent placing, Praetorian holds 24,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the share capital of the Company, representing 9.5% of the voting share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights of the Company is 252,725,666 ordinary shares.
