Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc (in administration) announces
that Grant Thornton Corporate Finance has resigned as the Company's
Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a
replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month,
the Exchange will cancel the admission of the Company's securities
to AIM. Accordingly the anticipated cancellation time and date is
7.00am on 15 April 2013.
