AEA TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ("AEA", the "Company" or the
"Group")
Appointment of administrators and cancellation of listing
Further to its announcement earlier today, the Company confirms
that Angus Martin and Philip Bowers of Deloitte LLP have been
appointed as joint administrators of the Company and that William
Wright and Mark Orton of KPMG LLP have been appointed as joint
administrators of the relevant Group subsidiary companies
incorporated in England and Wales.
The joint administrators of the Company have applied for the
listing of its securities to be cancelled from the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and for the admission to trading of its
securities to be cancelled from the Main Market of London Stock
Exchange plc with effect from 08:00 on Monday 12 November 2012,
pursuant to paragraph 5.2.12 of the Listing Rules.
