A team of UBS Wealth Management Americas advisers managing
nearly $200 million in client assets has joined RBC Wealth
Management.
The team, known as the Winkler Group, will work out of RBC's
office in Plano, Texas, the firm said.
The advisers, James Winkler and Lauren Johnson, along with
client associate Randi Richardson, generated $1.3 million in fees
and commissions while at UBS.
Mr. Winkler, a 34-year industry veteran, had been with UBS for
the bulk of his career, starting in 1988, according to the
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's BrokerCheck database. Ms.
Johnson, meanwhile, had been at UBS since 2003, according to her
BrokerCheck file.
A UBS spokesman didn't immediately return a message seeking
comment on Tuesday.
