On September 14, 2010, Edward Bronson resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Central Wireless, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “ Company ”).

Effective as of September 14, 2010, Kenneth Brand has been appointed as the sole member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
