The Registrant filed with the Israeli Securities Authority on December 22, 2021, a revised report regarding the previously reported
Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, noting that (1) a typo error occurred in Item 1.6 of the agenda items, where the date of the previous General Meeting of the Company's shareholders was mistakenly noted as August 12, 2021, instead
of August 12, 2020 (the "Previous General Meeting"), and (2) following comments received from a representative of Israeli institutional investors, the Company revised the Compensation Policy item, stating that the Company’s revised Compensation
Policy which is subject to the shareholder meeting to be held on December 30. 2021, shall remain in effect until the lapse of three years from the date of the approval of the Previous General Meeting.
