INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALRY), an independent oil and gas producer focused on Southeastern Kansas, today announced that the Company has drilled two new wells, completing one and completing a previously drilled well within the last nine days. Allenergy's G4-20 was drilled to the Redd sand formation located on the Longton Anticline in Chautauqua County, Kansas. The G4-20 logged 24' of high porosity Redd sand which is 10' of more pay sand present than in any other well drilled on the Anticline. This zone showed an average of 27% porosity throughout the 24' of pay zone. A typical sand frac will generally yield approximately 30%. With the natural porosity being high, Allenergy elected to do an acid ball drop under pressure and not to frac at this time. The results of the acid job was greater than expected as the well was pumping oil, gas and water to the tank battery late Wednesday, October 8. The decision was made to run casing and cement the Roper-Kelso well that was drilled this summer. Expecting less volume from the marginal pay zone, the Company "slim holed" the well, which is far less expensive than the 41/2' completion method. Again Allenergy opted to do an acid job and put the well on pump. After running the production string, the Company long stroked the well with its pulling unit recovering the acid fluid. Oil and gas was immediately present. The well will be put on pump by this Friday, October 10, and will be pumping oil for the Company's 100% working interest in the Kelso lease located in Montgomery County, Kansas. Allenergy drilled the Bane #1-A well located in Chautauqua County, Kansas last week. Its primary objective was to drill to the Wayside formation. After logging the Wayside, it was determined that it was not developed enough to set pipe and complete. However, Allenergy did set pipe in the Big Salt formation to complete a much needed salt water disposal well. "The Company is currently designing a water flood program for the secondary recovery of the Wayside formation and gathering the geology to determine the next drilling site," said Larry Sanford, CEO.
