BOWLING GREEN, KY--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2014) - On January 10,
2014, Joe D. Pierce resigned as Vice President of Operations of
Allied Energy Inc. ("Company") (OTC Pink: AGGI).
Mr. Pierce cited health concerns as the reason for his decision
to resign. Senior Field Superintendent, Larry Dunn, has been
appointed as head of field operations for the Company.
