iPerceptions 4Q Now Available to U.S. Government Agencies

iPerceptions Inc. (TSX-V: IPE), a leading provider of web-focused
Voice of Customer (VoC) analytics based on actual visitor feedback,
today announced that it has negotiated a federally-compliant
version of its terms-of-service for 4Q Free, which is part of the
4Q Suite survey solution for websites. 4Q Free, now available on
Apps.gov, is already being used by federal agencies including the
U.S. Dept. of Commerce and the Customer Engagement and
Communications Division of the U.S. General Services
Administration.
"We are pleased that U.S. government agencies now have access to
the unique power of 4Q," said Claude Guay, president and CEO of
iPerceptions. "President Obama's Open Government Directive has
prompted new websites such as USASpending.gov and recovery.gov to
be created along with significant changes to many other government
websites. All of this new information is meant to bring American
people closer to their government -- but it's important to have a
mechanism to determine if these websites are meeting their intended
goals and 4Q can serve as a real-time citizen feedback
vehicle."
Many organizations have adopted free web analytics tools such as
Google Analytics to understand what visitors are doing on their
website. But that is only part of the website analytics equation.
iPerceptions 4Q offers organizations a solution that combines the
what with the why for more accurate and complete website analysis.
4Q was developed in collaboration with Avinash Kaushik, a noted web
analytics author and blogger to help organizations understand why
and how people interact with their website by asking the four most
important survey questions:
- What are my visitors at my website to do?
- Are they completing what they set out to do?
- If not, why not?
- How satisfied are my visitors?
The 4Q suite is a simple-to-deploy Software-as-a-service (SaaS)
family of products that include: 4Q Free, 4Q Basic, 4Q Plus and 4Q
Premium. Organizations of any size can choose from a
cost-effective, yet sophisticated suite of online analytics tools
that analyze individual customer experiences based on the
combination of VoC and Google Analytics (GA) data. The 4Q suite
includes Facebook and Twitter links, automatic alerts when
significant changes occur within the data and global industry
comparisons from over 6000 websites across 35 industry
verticals.
"iPerceptions has done for VoC what Google has done for
clickstream analytics," says Stephane Hamel, a thought leader in
the field of online analytics. "iPerceptions has made it easy to
produce, implement and manage surveys, creating a much more
powerful way to do voice of customer analytics. The new analysis
features are amazingly intuitive and powerful and attention to
details, such as the automated weekly status email, will make it
even easier to close the loop on Voice of Customer."
