Cornerstone Reports on Annual General Meeting and Resignation of
Director
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2013) -
Cornerstone Metals Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:CCC) ("Cornerstone" or the
"Company") held its Annual General and Special Meeting of
Shareholders (the "AGM") on December 2, 2013, at which the
following directors were re-elected for the ensuing year - Paul
Cowley, Jason Nickel, Courtney Shearer, and Fred Sveinson.
Following the AGM, the board of directors appointed Paul Cowley
as President and Chief Executive Officer and re-appointed Rob
McMorran as Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the ensuing
year.
Subsequently, on December 4, 2013, Courtney Shearer tendered his
resignation from the board of directors, due to other commitments.
The board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr. Shearer for
his service to the Company.
