Agau Resources, Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:AGS) regrets to announce
the passing of CEO and president, Einar Myrholm on November 28, 2010.


The Board of Directors will be meeting as soon as possible to appoint a
replacement. As a minimum of three directors is required to meet listing
requirements on the TSX Venture Exchange, Agau Resources Inc. stock will remain
halted until this is done.
