Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
    On March 16, 2023, Crystal Lail, vice president and chief financial officer, and Travis Meyer, director corporate finance and investor relations officer, of NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be giving a group presentation and conducting one-on-one meetings with existing and potential investors in connection with the 2023 Siebert Williams Shank West Coast Utilities Conference in Las Vegas. During these meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation.
A copy of the presentation is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
