Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 6, 2018, First Data Corporation (First Data) appointed Michael K. Neborak as Chief Accounting Officer & Controller effective December 1, 2018, succeeding Matthew Cagwin, who will become the Chief Financial Officer of First Data’s Global Business Solutions segment. Mr. Neborak, age 61, has served as First Data’s Executive Vice President, Head of EMEA Region since January 2016. He joined First Data in July 2014 as Executive Vice President, Director of Finance. Prior to joining First Data, Mr. Neborak was Group Chief Financial Officer of Willis Group Holdings Public Limited Company from July 2010 to June 2014.
