Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. said Friday that it will start selling some non-drug items at its drive-through windows as the pharmacy chain adapts to the Covid-19 crisis.

Walgreens says it will sell more than 60 products at its drive-thrus at more than 7,300 stores so customers can shop without getting too close to each other. Items on offer include cleaning supplies, some groceries, first-aid supplies and infant formula.

Last week, Walgreens cut store hours in response to the pandemic.
