Nicosia is a serial business failure and con man.

I have worthless preferred shares that have been in my account for years from one of his fraud companies called Regeneca.

Yeah. I researched the latest 10Q filed last August and determined that the current CEO is conducting a personal self enrichment scheme. Annual 7-figure salary plus stock based compensation.

To support the comments that this is a scam, I have invested in a remediation machine that the company so proudly announces contracts for remediation and I have never receive a penny of return. Whenever I try to inquire as to when revenue will flow, no answer or they tell me to look at web page which is nothing but a sales pitch. Totally frustrated

Vivakor Shares Double After New 10-Year Contract

Vivakor Inc. shares doubled to $3.56 in premarket trading after the company said it signed a 10-year contract with Hot Oil Transport LLC, a supplier of asphalt materials.

The agreement calls for Hot Oil Transport to in turn supply Southwest Liquid Asphalt & Emulsions, a major supplier of polymerized asphalt in southern Nevada.

Based on the current asphalt wholesale index price for the Rocky Mountain region, the contract could be valued at up to $250 million, provided that Vivakor is able to ramp up and operate its Vernal, Utah, site at full capacity, the company said.

Southwest Liquid Asphalt's largest customer is Las Vegas Paving, one of the largest road construction companies in the state of Nevada, with revenue of more than $500 million annually.

Under the agreement, Vivakor can provide Hot Oil Transport with up to 50,000 tons of ratable asphalt cement from Vivakor's Vernal site annually for a period of ten years.
