because it's all BS. keep an eye on OS in the near future - see if there is a big increase. either shares or converts. someone was either dumping shares, or shorting against some converts. this POS is in sorry shape - they are paying execs in shares because they have no cash.

smoke and mirrors - just like the previous CEO, Matt Nicosia, who was also full of sh$t.
