newest retail and indoor storage facility last week at 4225 Fulton
Industrial, site of the former Mosley Motel.
Now U-Haul Moving & Storage at Fulton Industrial Gateway and
I-20 , the property has been remade into a dynamic retail, moving
and self-storage complex featuring 164 rooms with high-tech
security features and climate-controlled options at affordable
price points.
Plans call for an additional 800 self-storage units before the
transformation is complete. U-Haul acquired the property in 2018.
The store officially opened Aug.

Spencer plans to hire at least 10 Team Members to staff the
