Surgalign Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined to postpone its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2023 Annual Meeting”), previously scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., Pacific time. The Company will announce a new date and time of the 2023 Annual Meeting when it is rescheduled. The date of the rescheduled 2023 Annual Meeting, and the new record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote thereat, will be determined in the future and will be announced in a Current Report on Form 8-K and included in proxy materials to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and distributed to stockholders promptly after the new record date.
