Resignation of Directors
Dr. Man Chung CHAN
The board of directors (the "Board") of Integrated Media Technology Limited (the "Company") received a resignation letter from Dr. Man Chung Chan ("Dr. Chan"), as a director of the Company, with effect on September 30, 2021. Dr. Chan's resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Wuhua ZHANG
The Board of the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Wuhua Zhang ("Mr. Zhang"), as a director of the Company, with effect on September 30, 2021. Mr. Zhang's resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
The Board hereby extends its appreciation for the contribution of Messrs. Chan and Zhang to the Company.
