RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 29 JUNE 2023

 

TAIPEI, Taiwan, June 29, 2023 – GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ: GIGM), a digital entertainment services provider, wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 29 June 2023, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of AGM dated 17 May 2023 were duly passed.
