Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
(b)         Anita Sehgal informed the Board of Directors of Escalade, Incorporated (“Escalade”) on March 6, 2024 that she has decided not to stand for re-election as a director at the Escalade 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Accordingly, Ms. Sehgal’s term as a director will end effective as of the date of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, expected to be held May 8, 2024. Ms. Sehgal’s decision not to stand for re-election was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with Escalade or the Board on any matter relating to Escalade’s operations, policies or practices.
