Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

In connection with an article published by the Wall Street Journal on December 19, 2023, Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) has reported that it expects to report cash and cash equivalents of approximately $12 million as of December 31, 2023. Without taking into account the Company’s existing $150 million equity line of credit, the Company believes its cash and cash equivalents will fund its operations into the fourth quarter of 2024.
