Effective March 29, 2023, Sara Sprung will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and board of directors of World Gold Trust Services, LLC (the “Sponsor”), the sponsor of the SPDR® Gold Trust (the “Trust”). Ms. Sprung’s departure does not arise from any disagreement on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Trust.
