This summer, 1.5-million Canadians are expected to lineup to
experience the Pepsi Ultimate Taste Challenge MISSISSAUGA,
ON, May 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Firecrackers, shorts and backyard parties
are all sure signs - the first long weekend of the unofficial start
of summer is upon us! …But this year there is another sign - a
massive transformer-like high-tech truck that opens up into
960-square feet of party space set to roll out across the country
beginning this weekend. Many Canadians fondly remember taking the
Pepsi Taste Challenge in the hot months of years gone by. Even
though it may have been 20, 25 or even 30 years ago, they tend to
remember the experience in detail - where they were, who they were
with, and what cola brand they chose. Since its inception almost 40
years ago, 9-million Canadians have enjoyed the fun of putting
themselves into a social experiment that tests their taste buds and
empowers them to make a choice. This summer, 1.5-million more will
do it, but in a whole new way, with technology like they've never
