Wow - I had a dream last night about Brian. I dreamed that I was in his office, and I was demanding to know a bunch of things about the company. Halfway through my questioning, he loudly interrupted me and yelled: "Look, my friend, you need to get one thing straight. I'm here to make me money, not you! Got that?!"

I woke up from that dream; it was intense.

Those questions were in the email. Shareholders came up with many good questions. I straight copied and pasted and will post screenshots of the reply. Hopefully won't take too long.

Maybe ask them:

- The financing deal is very toxic (cashless warrants - very toxic from a dilution standpoint) The financials have also been delayed which is very concerning. Has the CEO addressed a plan to gain shareholder confidence? (Share price has dropped over 95% from $4.50 to .13)

- what is the current outstanding shares
- What will the final fully diluted outstanding shares and float be?
- how many more warrants do they think are remaining
- are they going to impose a floor price on any warrants going forward?
- any shelf-offerings or other offerings planned or in the works?
- how long will their current cash-on-hand fund operations?

These questions are very important to the shareholders. 😊

There were about 25 questions asked to him. I'll post here when I get a response.

Did you ask him why he screwed the shareholders over by issuing unlimited cashless warrants. It’s borderline criminal what this snakeoil salesman has done to its shareholders. I’ve sent numerous email and left voicemails with Brian and investors relations and have heard nothing back

I've been in contact via email with him. Yesterday I sent in a bunch of questions from shareholders for him to answer. I'm waiting for him to email me back. I had told him let's make a deal. He answer our questions and I'll stop with my BS to him. He agreed. So just waiting now.

I actually talked to the CEO this morning. He said he won't address shareholders for another 3 months. He said the lenders are the ones that structured the IPO so he could continue operations. I was really pissed at the whole conversation. I said his company is the quickest in history to IPO and to go under $1 non-compliance. He said he can't disclose those dealerships because of nda's.

Let's HOPE management has a plan to release as many PR's necessary about THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS that will get this stock up and over $1.00 and KEEP it there so a R/S would not even be an option!

$VHAI This stock is heavily shorted and manipulated. Imagine what will happen if the company releases an update and says they do not have any plans for a reverse split. Short squeeze alone will send this back over $1.00. $$

NEWS for AI companies $$$$$$ ,,,WASHINGTON, April 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. Homeland Security Department (DHS) on Friday announced a blue-ribbon board that includes the CEOs of OpenAI, Microsoft, Google parent Alphabet and Nvidia that will advise the government on the role of artificial intelligence on critical infrastructure.

The board will develop recommendations for the transportation sector, pipeline and power grid operators, internet service providers and others to "prevent and prepare for AI-related disruptions to critical services that impact national or economic security, public health, or safety."

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters the board would help ensure the safe deployment of AI technology and how to address threats posed by this technology to vital services like energy, utilities, transportation, defense, information technology, food and agriculture, and financial services.

"It is not a board that will be focused on theory, but rather practical solutions for the implementation of AI in our nation's daily life," Mayorkas told reporters. "It was very important to bring key developers of this extraordinary powerful tool" to the board.

The 22-member board includes tech leaders OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, IBM CEO Arvind Krishna, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins, Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky and Advanced Micro Devices CEO Lisa Su.

The board also includes Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian, Occidental Petroleum CEO Vicki Hollub and Northrop Grumman CEO Kathy Warden, as well as Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell and the head of White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.

The board will meet for the first time next month with quarterly planned future meetings.

DHS warned in its 2024 threat assessment that AI-assisted tools have the "potential to enable larger scale, faster, efficient, and more evasive cyber attacks—against targets, including pipelines, railways, and other US critical infrastructure."

It also said China and others are developing "AI technologies that could undermine U.S. cyber defenses, including generative AI programs that support malicious activity such as malware attacks."
