Customer Engagement Software Maker Takes Over the Skies with
Massive Blimp and Airborne Press Conference
SAN BRUNO, Calif., Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Freshworks, a
global leader in customer engagement software, is making its
presence known with an ambitious "gate-crashing" campaign in
San Francisco during the
Dreamforce 2018 conference.
"Hit Refresh" Takes Over San Francisco
Freshworks will
be taking over the skies and streets of San Francisco with a massive "#Failsforce"
blimp and marching band (renderings below) spreading the message
that it's time for companies to replace their bloated SaaS CRM
solutions with refreshingly simple customer engagement software.
According to a new study, "Riding the Next Wave of SaaS CRM,"
commissioned by Freshworks, 69 percent of SMBs say they will
replace their CRM solutions and 56 percent of them are already
making plans to replace them within the next two years. More than
25 percent are already looking for more efficient, user-friendly
systems that aren't as costly and don't require as many IT
resources as systems currently dominating the market.
As a part of the campaign, Freshworks will be hosting a live
press conference from the #Failsforce blimp with Freshworks
customers who have switched from other CRMs.
"Small businesses have been saddled with bloated and
dysfunctional software for too long," said David Thompson, CMO of Freshworks. "The market
is clearly ready for a change, with 69 percent of small firms
looking to replace their CRM software. Freshworks is taking over
the skies and streets of San
Francisco this week to demonstrate that there is a
'refreshingly' better solution available."
