follow these simple steps:
Ingredients:
- 1 leg of lamb
- Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs
- Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of one lemon

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
