SINGAPORE--Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd. (K11.SG) and Keppel Land Ltd. (K17.SG) said Friday their joint venture company has signed a deal to acquire a data center in the Netherlands.

Keppel Data Centres Holding Pte. Ltd. signed the contract with the Reggeborgh Group and VolkerWessels Group to acquire the Almere Data Centre 2 located at Almere, the Netherlands, according to a statement.

The statement didn't disclose the financial details of the transaction.
