Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Zenith Energy Ltd., ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE), the dual listed international oil & gas production company operating the largest onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, has today purchased a total of 300,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at an average price of GBP0.08278 per Common Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Cattaneo now holds 3,670,116 Common Shares, representing 2.60 per cent of the Common Shares in issue.
