Director/PDMR Shareholding

Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, has been notified that on 19 June 2015, Jeremy Middleton, Non-Executive Director of Utilitywise, acquired 703,603 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 265.45 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase Mr Middleton is now interested in 3,287,559 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.3 per cent. of the share capital of Utilitywise.
