Issue of Equity

Transense Technologies plc, the AIM quoted company focused on patent-protected sensor systems and supporting technology, announces the issue of 16,513 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Beaufort Securites Ltd as consideration for joint broking services.

The new Ordinary Shares were issued at 75.7 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange on 22 December 2017 ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 9,548,948 Ordinary Shares. This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
