Exercise of Options 
 
The board of Telephonetics announces that, following an exercise of options on 8 
July 2010, the Company today issued and allotted 1,298,333 ordinary shares of 1 
pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). 
 
As a result the Company now has 112,674,986 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting 
rights. 
 
An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary 
Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted 
to trading on AIM as soon as practicable.
