Director/PDMR shareholdings
Totally plc (AIM: TLY) announces that it was notified on 31
March 2017 of the following dealings in the ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
On 31 March 2017 Michael Rogers (Non-Executive Director)
transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 16,000
Ordinary Shares. He sold 16,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 56
pence per Ordinary Share from an account in his own name and bought
16,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 58.5 pence per Ordinary Share
through his ISA, in which he is the sole beneficiary.
Following the Transfer there is no change to Michael Rogers's
total beneficial interest in the Company, being 16,000 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
On 31 March 2017 Don Baladasan (Finance Director) transferred,
via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 28,000 Ordinary Shares. He
sold 28,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57 pence per Ordinary
Share from an account in his own name and bought 28,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 57 pence per Ordinary Share through his ISA,
in which he is the sole beneficiary.
Following the Transfer there is no change to Don Baladasan's
total beneficial interest in the Company, being 107,780 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
