Responsibilities
Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") has been informed that
following the purchase of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Shares") on 29 July 2016 under the terms
of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), two
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their
persons closely associated have acquired interests in additional
Shares at a purchase price of 717.32 pence per Share. The details
of the purchases are summarised below:
