Result of EGM and notice of cancellation

Further to the announcement on 28 April 2017, MoneySwap announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company (the "EGM"), held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed. The resolutions were set out in a circular posted to the Company's shareholders on 2 May 2017.

Accordingly, MoneySwap intends:

   i.    to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM; and 
   ii.    to adopt new articles of association of the Company with effect from cancellation. 

Cancellation of the admission of MoneySwap's ordinary shares from AIM is expected to occur at 7:00 am on 7 June 2017.
