Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the
recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 21
February 2024, a non-discretionary
underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services
Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain,
Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company,
sold 66,155 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 31.25 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares are therefore now
outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable
interest.
Following the above transactions,
Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a notifiable interest
in 36,026,598 Ordinary Shares,
representing 24.1% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
