Granting of options

The 600 Group PLC ("the Group"), the AIM listed distributor, designer and manufacturer of industrial products (AIM: SIXH), announces that on 6 August 2015 options were awarded over 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Options") to Stephen Fiamma, Non-Executive Director, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Deferred Share Plan.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme, the Options will vest after 3 years. The Options have an exercise price of 18p per share, being the closing mid market price on 6 August 2015.
