                        Result of General Meeting ("GM") 
 
 
At the GM of the Company held today, the resolutions to approve, inter alia, the 
change of the Company's name to Marechale Capital plc, a reorganisation of the 
Company's share capital and the adoption of new articles of association, were 
all duly approved by shareholders. 
 
The change of name and the Company's AIM symbol will become effective on 24 
February 2010. 
 
As a result of the share capital reorganisation, the company will have in issue 
47,437,410 ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the "New Ordinary Shares"). 
Application for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has 
been made and is expected to occur on 23 February 2010.
