    Change of Company Name to Eidos plc


    Further to the Company's previous announcement of 2 December 2008 that all resolutions contained within the notice of the Annual General
Meeting were duly passed, the Company confirms that it will change its name to Eidos plc with effect from 3 December 2008. The Company's
trading (ticker) symbol will also change from SEG to EID on the same date. The Company's website is www.eidos.com.
