RANGER DIRECT LENDING ZDP PLC (or the "Company")

Board Change

The Company informs shareholders that Jonathan Schneider has confirmed to the Company that he is resigning as a director with immediate effect and that he is also resigning from his directorship of the Company's parent, Ranger Direct Lending Fund plc (RDLF).

Brendan Hawthorne, as the sole remaining director will commence a process for identifying and appointing an additional independent director to the board and further announcements concerning such appointment will be made in due course. It is not intended that any of the parent company's directors will be appointed as a director of the Company.

Mr Hawthorne and the directors of RDLF would like to thank Mr Schneider for his contribution to both companies.
