Director/PDMR shareholding
Quarto (LSE: QRT) announces that Mr Andrea Giunti Lombardo, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired 995,000 shares
of common stock of US$0.10 each as detailed in the notifications
below.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Giunti Lombardo becomes the
sole holder of 1,990,000 shares (formerly held jointly with a
family member). The total shareholding over which Mr Giunti
Lombardo has control following this transaction is unchanged at
9,134,320 shares of common stock (22.34% of the Company's issued
share capital).
