Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation,
announces that on 28 February 2018 awards of market value share
options (the "Options") were made to the following directors /
PDMRs of the Group:

The Options have an exercise price of 1558p, being the closing
mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on the day prior to the date
