Palmaris, the investment company with a 16.1% holding in Scottish Resources Group Limited ("SRG"), which is the Company's sole remaining investment, notes the recent movement in the Company's share price.

The Company's board has resolved to recommend the cancellation of the Company's listing on AIM.
